- Present to director report on progress as well as problems and solutions.
- Manage risk tracking process.
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
- Measure project performance using appropriate system, tools, and techniques.
- Create the schedule for each project and match talent to the job.
- Collaborate with engineers to determine the specifications of the project.
- Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadline will be meet.
